Do you know if you received a different board than the one you sent back for the RMA?
When you reseated the CPU, did you check the CPU socket for bent pins?
Is there any way you can try reducing the pressure your CPU cooler is putting on the CPU? Too much pressure from a CPU cooler can cause the pins in the socket to move off the "lands", or contact points on the bottom of the CPU. That can result in weird problems like yours.
Are you using the Intel or ASMedia SATA ports for your drive?
