At startup you get the error message and it tells you to hit F1 to continue or F2 for BIOS. When you hit F1 everything boots and runs normally. It doesn't seem to affect anything, it's just annoying. The answer to all the other questions is yes.
I really think we just need a MAC Address Tool that's compatible with Windows 10.
