No link to a MAC address tool in your post. Looks like your copy and paste buffer was not updated.
Have you tried clearing the UEFI/BIOS? You may need to remove the board's battery to clear the UEFI/BIOS memory.
In Windows, did you open Network and Sharing Center, and run a Diagnosis on that network connection?
