Subject: Is ASRock technical support disabled?

I have been trying to submit a question to ASRock motherboard technical support using their webform since yesterday. Each time, after I press "submit," I am directed to a screen that says I should receive an auto-confirmation email and that I should resubmit the question if I do not receive the email. I haven't received any email after almost half a dozen tries (also none in my email spam folder).
Is their technical support form or email not working?
