Subject: Problem with AsRock Z97 Pro4

Hi!
I have a problem with my mobo (I think anyway). Sometimes when I turn on PC it "loads" BIOS really long and then there is DOS black screen with blinking "_" in the corner and only after another 15 sec Win7 starts to load. When all loaded Keyboard or mouse dont work although both are lit (I have Asus Strix Tactic keyboard and Asus Strix Claw mouse). So i have to unplug and plug back in hardware. In most cases its happening to keyboard dont matter which USB port I will plug it in.
Other problem is when Im turning off my PC and keyboards leds on "Num Lock", "P1" and "NKRO" staying lit all the time but all other lighting turns off.
Does anyone had problem like that?
Or maybe someone knows whats the problem?
When I first bought MOBO it didnt happened only after around 3 weeks started.
Would it be BIOS issue or something else?
Please help...
