So, before I reinstall the windows I must clear the bios, right? should I remove the CMOS battery and put it back in or just Load UEFI Default in the BIOS ?

I wouldn't say that a 15$ PSU is adequate LOL gonna change it most probably on friday or early with a Sirtec - High Power EP-500BR II

This is my current PSU model

could this be an accomplice too ?
