Interesting, my theory about the sensor chip (Nuvoton NCT6683D-T) must be correct. I have not seen that sensor chip model used anywhere by ASRock in the past.
This is an unusual situation, I can't think of this happening with any other ASRock board. The HWiNFO programmer normally adds support for various sensor chips. You could post about this in his forum.
This would also explain the missing ASRock monitoring utility. If you run APP Shop, you don't see any monitoring program listed? APP Shop only includes the programs applicable to the board in the PC, so we cannot see what is listed if we don't have a specific board.

![]() I have the same board (Z270m Pro4) and have already tried HWiNFO64. It gave the same result as other monitoring tools: no RPM, no voltage and no MB temperature readings. Inside BIOS all values are available. |
