Subject: Z270 Taichi Fan Speeds

Recently I finished my new PC with the Z270 Taichi board and have noticed something strange. My chassis fans (2x Corsair AF140s) refuse to stay within the same RPM range.
One always seems to be higher then the other when trying to set temperature ranges either in the Bios or with the A-Tuning app. Both fans are 3 pin connectors and I've swapped places on the board and gotten the same results. Anyone have any insight to this?
