Ok, Thanks for clarifying.
Let's start at the beginning.
1. Did you make/enable the changes in the BIOS parsec stated above?
2. Have you disabled/uninstalled Hyper-V from within Windows?
Windows key > Settings > System > type in Windows Features, then select Turn Windows features on or off > scroll to Hyper-V and unselect the check box > follow the prompting and then reboot when asked.
3. Download and install the Intel® Processor Identification Utility. Run it and check that VT is enabled.
