Were you able to resolve your issue? Would be pleased to hear any good news
I have very same issue, no POST, no video (both DVI and HDMI), but working CPU & GPU coolers.

ASRock H270 Pro4 (new)
2x8 DDR4 Hyper-X Fury Black 2400Mhz (new)
PSU FinePower DNP-550 500W (old, around 4yrs)
I wonder if my PSU is a weak link, though old config with even higher power consumption works fine.
Any thought what can it be?
