Intel Motherboards : Z270 Extreme 4 - Full HD Not Working

So I have tested the following:

- One HDMI cable, monitor to onboard
- Loaded factory BIOS settings
- Changed to Onboard and enabled iGPU under Chipset config
- Enabled CSM and forced 'Video OProm Policy'

Even with onboard graphics, STILL 1024x768.

- Tried disabling CSM again
- Reset to Dell factory settings

Not having any luck folks.
