I hope I haven't missed anything in your previous posts but,...is there a particular reason you're using audit mode? Are you creating "soft links" during the install process?
If you want to install Windows 10 why not do a clean install with the latest version using the creation tool?
And parsec's suggestion to first install the Intel inf driver FIRST then the IME driver is spot on and should be a sticky!
One more piece of advice. Disconnect ALL other drives if the m.2 is going to be your OS drive BEFORE you install Windows 10. Reconnect after.
I'm also curious as to what ports you have your SSD and HDDs connected to with the m.2 installed?
