Subject: Warranty Q's - Asrock Rack server motherboards

Hello all,
I'm interested in Asrock Rack's EPC6028DA mainboard ( a server-oriented product), for building a home server/NAS.
http://www.asrockrack.com/general/productdetail.asp%3FModel=EPC602D8A#Specifications
I'd be buying it online from a German retailer, and having it shipped to Israel.
Unfortunately, I can't find information on warranty terms, or even warranty period, on Asrock's Germany website, or any other Asrock or Asrock Rack site; even the US site has only partial info about the RMA technical process, but not the full warranty details.
It seems pretty odd that warranty terms aren't publicized, particularly for server-type products (whose warranty is usually longer than for consumer ones); also odd, a google search yielded a couple of people claiming, a few years ago, that Asrock didn't directly deal with end-user warranty returns, and one always had to go through the authorized retailer.
If anyone has more info about this, practical experience with warranty returns or a link to the actual warranty, I'd be grateful.
If it turned out I needed to RMA a defective board to the German retailer first, who then sends it to a local service center, the round trip could easily be 2 months...
