Sorry to say, it is common for the mini-PCIe slot on most mother boards to be only compatible with WiFi cards. Your board's manual includes this statement on page 12:

MINI_PCIE1 (Half-size mini-PCIe slot) is used for half-size mini-PCIe cards, such as WiFi module.

The Storage section in your board's manual does not include support for mini PCIe SSDs. That SSD will not work in your board.
