This may seem stupid but go into the BIOS > Reset to UEFI Defaults then Save and Exit. Do this twice in succession.
And personally, I would fall back to 3.40. We've seen and replied to here many many issues with using the "Kabylake' 7.xx BIOSes with Skylake processors.
