Just recently my x99 configuration started giving me this problem.

Just recently my x99 configuration started giving me this problem.
First couple days ago it started resetting , no matter if it is idle or working on something.
And now it just won't boot up at all.
I've bin looking at q code and it goes over bunch of codes goes to A2 and after that LED just turns of.
Lights on GPUs are lit, light on water cooling on CPU is lit, fans are spinning, but there is no light on q code LED and there is no post screen or anything.
Any ideas where to start looking?

5930k
64 GB ram
1 Titan black and 3x Titan GPUs
1600W PSU
