I've bought a J4205ITX motherboard because it supports Ubuntu 16.10 but It doesn't load GRUB-EFI if the CSM module is disabled. The boot loader shows the EFI partitions but when you choose it you get a blank screen. You get the same results booting the Ubuntu instalation in a Kingston SSD connected to SATA3 port or the USB made with Rufus (GPT, FAT32, ISO Ubuntu16.10 AMD 64 bits image).I've tried in USB 3.0 and 2.0 porte. The problem seems to be that it freezes before showing the GRUB loader. You can test it with the USB image you get from Rufus. Could it be related to he Intel HD 505 graphics?
