Meh, consider this ...........
In the time it took you to post that msg you could have downloaded the Instant Flash version of the BIOS file, unpacked it, moved the actual flashable BIOS file to a thumb drive, and just started up Instant Flash from within the MBs BIOS itself.
If you'd have read here the many posts that Internet Flash has screwed up ..............
And I'm guessing it's "stuck' at 10% is because you didn't read the manuals instructions and haven't put a thumb drive in so it has storage to operate from. Yea, dangerous.
