Subject: Please anyone, I need help w/ the Extreme6 rebate

Hi all, this is my first time filling a rebate from AsRock and I'm stuck. I'm hoping someone on here might be able to help.
When I went to fill out the registration form for the rebate I found this disclaimer:
"The name and address on the rebate form must match the purchase sales/invoice receipt or the rebate will be denied."
The confusion starts because my dad has an adress that he prefers for shipping... and then he has a billing address. So basically BOTH of these addreses are his and are listed in the sales invoice.
He just prefers larger items shipped to a close friend who is always home rather than to his place where they might be left at the door unattended and the neighborhood isn't that safe.
So which address does AsRock want in the rebate form, his billing address or the shipping address?
Should I call the company to make sure, I'm not sure where to contact them.
