Intel Motherboards : X79 Extreme9 dosent start

Damn, well that makes things tricky to figure out.

I know it is a lot of effort each time but now you need to reinstall the new PSU, make sure you attach the correct 8 pin power connector to the motherboard not a PCIe 8 pin connector. 

Once you have the new PSU installed you should have the system all set up as it was originally with just the new power supply being different. If you have not already, remove, check and reinstall your CPU. Check for dust in the slots, both RAM and PCIe and check the board thoroughly for any visible damage. 

Then clear CMOS using this method:
