Subject: Z170M Pro4S Stuck on the Wrong XMP Profile

Recently I purchased a set of ram rated at 3000mhz. I set it up on the motherboard via the DRAM Tweaker. I have decided to go back to my other set that is rated at 2133mhz. My motherboard is stuck at the profile for the 3000mhz set and will not let me boot with the other set. I have even tried a set rated at 2400mhz. I have tried setting everything to auto, manually changing the timings and frequency, editing the DRAM Tweaker (it is stuck), and tried resetting the bios via the jumper and removal of the battery. I cannot get the profile to change, and I cannot get the bios to reset no matter the method that I use. Any ideas as to what I could do, or do I likely have a defective motherboard?
