60 is memory related.

edit: See http://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=334

Is that Hyper/X kit ...... NM, I just checked. Kingston doesn't list any mem for the X99 platform above 2666.

Looking at the specs @ http://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/HX430C15PB3K4_32.pdf , theres XMP Profile 2 that runs then at 2666, but you'll more than likely need to adjust VCCSA and VCCIO as they probably do not have the proper X99 voltages programmed onto them. Instead, in guessing as Kingston does not say, and that they're 3000 sticks, they most likely have 170 chipset XMPs.

To quote parsec who has a lot of X99 experience and is a Mod here also:
http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=3737&PID=18644&title=unusual-crashing#18644

Quote Usually, Z170 compatible memory needs more VCCSA and VCCIO voltage than X99 compatible memory. You should have VCCSA and VCCIO voltage offset settings in the UEFI/BIOS. You could try using a positive 0.1V additional offset voltage to stabilize your memory.

But 3000? Good luck there bud. I'd use the XMP 2 @ 2666 and do as parsec says. For starters anyways. You will need to adjust those two voltages, no getting around that.

Post back your findings/results.
