The description of the CPU Cache Ratio in the OC Tweaker screen states the maximum (ratio) should be the same as the CPU ratio.
When the PC boots with those settings, the Cache will only be at 4000MHz, the same as the maximum CPU ratio. So that Cache Ratio setting is ignored.
EdOz, did you set the CPU Ratio to 40, and the CPU Cache Ratio to 41? If not, I'm wondering where it comes from.
