The ASRock list is not complete but instead a listing of sticks/kits that was available at ASRock at that particular time to test at the beginning of production for a motherboard.
You'll want to contact techsupport@gskill.com to inquire of the compatibility for the motherboard and their F4-4133C19D-16GTZA kit.
