Hi all,
I have an ASRock Z97 extreme 6/3.1 mobo, i7 6800K and GSKills DDR 3200MHz RAM (4 x 8GB).
If I boot without changing anything, CPU speed reads correct, 3.4GHz and RAM reads low, 2133MHz.
If I enable the XML profile, the RAM is correctly recognized at 3200MHZ but the CPU speed drops to 2600MHz.
I alter the BCLK frequency to 120 with the XML profile enabled the both the CPU and RAM should read 3.4MHz and 3200MHZ correctly. when I reboot, it reverts back to eith the CPU or RAM being at the lower speed.
does anyone know how I can get them both to read the correct speed. I'd like to achieve this before I start OC.
