Hello all, I am running two FreeNAS boxes with the exact same hardware (MB, Memory, Drives, Cabling, PS, Case, and Case fans but getting different idle CPU temps.

Hello all, I am running two FreeNAS boxes with the exact same hardware (MB, Memory, Drives, Cabling, PS, Case, and Case fans but getting different idle CPU temps.
Each MB has an Evercool 50mm cooler fan running on it. On one box I am getting an idle MB Temp of 44 Celsius and idle CPU Temp of 29 Celsius but on the other box I am getting idle MB Temp of 46 Celsius and idle CPU Temp of 50 Celsius.
Why would the exact same configuration be getting a 19-20 Celcius CPU temperature increase sitting at idle? I am starting to wonder if the board is defective or has a bad heat sink connection.
