Subject: Hard drive at 100% after new install

Hello,
I just installed the following motherboard: AS Rock LGA1155 DDR3 SATA3 USB3.0 Quad CrossFireX and Quad SLI A GbE ATX Motherboard Z77 EXTREME4
When booted into Windows 10, my SSHD is at 100% the entire time. It is this model: http://www.seagate.com/internal-hard-drives/solid-state-hybrid/desktop-solid-state-hybrid-drive/?sku=ST1000DX001
Currently, it's plugged into the SATA3 "0" port (NOT A0) in the motherboard.
I checked the BIOS, and everything looks fine. I made sure I have the latest hard drive driver in Device Manager.
Any ideas about what I should modify to try to improve this? I don't think this is a Windows 10 setup/config problem, it seems to be a hardware and/or driver problem.
thank you.
Matt
